TRUE LOVE

 I can remember  the  day  we met
When cupid  sent me a new test
Your haunting  eyes so full of pain
Has caught my heart without  a strain
I know  you think that we are all the same
But I am not the one that  you should blame

I will  hold your hand  and you will find
I’ll stand by you , one of a kind
I’ll be with you through thick and thin
And promise to be your only king
With love and gifts I’ll win your heart
And set you up so we will never part
I’ll sail the winds  and heal your wound
