We are troubled on every side
But in our heart, peace resides .
We are perplexed, but not in despair
Because Jesus loves us and He cares.
Persecuted ,but not forsaken .
In our troubles we are not shaken .
Cast down,but not destroyed
Through His grace ,we are restored.
Jesus who died, made manifest
Opened up ways so that we confess
That He is Lord and we attest.
His grace is boundless and gives us rest
