God’s goodness is boundless and true,
A light that shines in all we do.
It’s the warmth that fills our hearts,
And the grace that never departs.
In every sunrise and every dawn,
God’s goodness is forever drawn.
The colors of the sky above,
Reflecting His undying love.
It’s in the gentle breeze that blows,
And in the petals of a rose.
In every drop of rain that falls,
His goodness echoes and calls.
In the laughter of a child,
And in the tears of the beguiled.
In the joys and in the sorrows,
His goodness shines through all tomorrows.
It’s in the smile of a stranger,
And in the love of a mother.
In the kindness of a friend,
God’s goodness knows no end.
It’s in the forgiveness that He gives,
And in the new life that He lives.
In the sacrifice of His son,
God’s goodness has truly won.
For in this world of chaos and strife,
God’s goodness is the guiding light.
It gives us hope, it gives us peace,
And in His goodness, our souls find release.
So let us praise and give Him thanks,
For His goodness knows no ranks.
For He is the source of all that’s good,
And in His presence, we find our livelihood.
God’s goodness is a gift so rare,
A treasure beyond compare.
So let us hold it close and dear,
For it is in His goodness that we have no fear.
