We trust in the Lord for He is near.
Many will see it and then fear,
At what God has done in this new run
When God’s real blessings shines out like the sun.
Jesus shows us His loving kindness
That is deeper than the world ‘s true brightness.
He Has confounded and has blinded,
All who are found to be small minded.
We will praise you Christ our Saviour
In whose delight we have found favour.
You have set our feet on solid ground
And thwart the plans they expounded.
Our mouths are filled with joy and laughter
Because you have opened up a brand
new chapter .
