What is that I need to do?
To be the best and succeed like others do.
Working hard is not enough
Because the bars that are set are pretty tough.
What can turn my life around
Considering everything that I have already found?
I think it is time to settle down
And plan a course and not paint the town.
Do I depend on time and luck
Thinking that it is all my work.
Without a thought to Christ our Lord
Who makes things possible through His Word.
Looking closely at the past,
I see the power of Jesus as my Mast.
He set me up and now I am a blast
Because I lean on Him rather than on a die that is cast.
