When you feel walls closing in,
and there is nowhere else to turn
And your mind starts playing tricks ,
reality seems like a contorted show
Look for help so that you are not consumed
By depression ,sadness or suicidal thoughts
When pressure moves into place
And you are feeling overwhelmed,
constricted in your tiny space
Then it is time you realise ,something is missing in your life
Trapped within in a confined cell
And there is no one there to tell
You feel yourself slipping in the mire
and nothing ,seems to be going well
Then you are thinking there is no respite
Darkened thoughts lead you to despair
Realise that you must turn to Christ
So, open up your heart to God
He will help you in your losing cause
Make you understand your hidden flaws
bring you back to the right course
And peace and harmony will be restored
