No one knows where this life will end
All we know is where it began
Worries come and then they go
And we are empty and afraid
Philosophical we may be
Thinking knowledge will hold the key
But there’s wisdom in knowing Christ Our King
Who is the Deliverer of all things
If we live for just a day
And fail to realise that we are owned by God
He sent us Jesus His only Son
So, that we may find Him before that chance is gone
He bore our burden and our pain
Carried our problems so that we might see
That He is able to protect and love
All who seek and trust in Him
