He came down to earth to do great works
Save the world from death and sin
bring salvation,set captives free
Rid the people of shame and guilt
Reviled and beaten for our sake
Chose to die in our place
Bore our burdens that we might see
His abundant love as He sets us free
Changed His crown for life on earth
So that humans can unearth
The resurrection power that fills the world
