A time of joy and a time of sorrow
When we remember the pains of morrow
When life was created and life was lost
The birth of a son and the loss of others
Now arrayed in heavenly colours
Let us reminisce and celebrate
The ones alive and those whose long wait
Has secured a place in eternal rest
As we live on , trying to do our best
