Our Father looked down with pain in His heart
and softly He said:
“Feeling lost, forsaken, you drifted far from me”
“In sickness, rejection, depression and in grief
You walked away from me”
“Just listen! listen ! to what I have to say”
You are loved, forgiven, accepted for who you are
” I’ll restore every heart that is broken “
” I’ll replace all that was stolen “
Break the chains of fear,anxiety and poverty
bring hope in depression
and change every hopeless situation
“So return, I am here with arms wide open”
“Waiting in love with no condemnation “
There is joy ,so much joy when the prodigal returns
And the Angels rejoice and sing hallelujah
Because the missing lamb has come home.
