It’s time to celebrate for now I know
This gender party is well on its way
I’m looking forward to the day
That I’ll hold you gently in my arms
The passing months brings rising hope
That you’ll be perfect, my little one
The baby shower and this display
Encourages me and I do not fear
Prepared or not,I know you’ll come
And I will learn to care for you
There is no book that has it all
So I’ll have to learn while on the job
I’m confident that I’ll have support
