We will always remain unclean
Unless Jesus makes us clean
A great divide because of sin
Causes the Eucharistic string to be thin.
Lepers come and be made clean
Come to Jesus, to him you should cling.
Jettison every evil and foul whim
Salvation can only be found in him
Washed and baptized, we are made clean
Leaving garments that are unclean.
Forgiven from all our mortal sins
Once we believe and trust in Him.
