When you follow and believe
He will bring hope and sweet relief
From the worries that you feel
And solve your human needs.
Know that His love will never cease
He will guide you and provide sweet release
So, consecrate yourself to His care.
And He will deliver you from the snares.
Come in humility to the Lord
He will answer when you call
Commit your ways and you will find
He is faithful, true and kind.
Let us gather at the worldly shrine
Singing praises to the Sacrament divine
Who resides in his heavenly home
With suppliant hearts we do come.
