Six months in this padded cell.
Caught up in what the devil made me sell.
Exchanged a life of freedom for this living hell
Where hope of living is a guess or tell.
So, I got what I deserved.
I have done my time, six months served.
I have learnt my lesson , my sin atoned.
Older,wiser and now exposed.
Peer pressure took me down a darkened path
Family ,friends have now set me apart.
I am considering my options as I make a new start.
A chance at redemption and life’s restart.
