I know a woman,strong and fearless
Bravely struggling, despite her weakness
Relentlessly facing what lies before her
Determined to overcome every hurdle that is in front of her.
Working hard to make ends meet
Resiliently fighting against feeling downbeat .
Single mothers who have clearly shown
The love for their children is always known.
Their devotion,a beacon ,shining bright,
Never fading no matter the plight.
Navigating through life ‘s ups and downs alone
Till the children grow up and from the nest, have flown .
Appreciate single women, warriors in disguise ,
Who nothing fazes or surprise.
Bent on giving their children the best that they could provide
Constantly guiding them till they leave her side.
