When you thought that all was lost
And you believed that you were soft.
Broken, beaten, and betossed,
Forgetting the battles that Jesus fought.
Let hope arise and the sun shines through .
Brushing off feelings that make you blue.
Bathe in God’s light and colour hues,
And from deep within let your strength be renewed.
Look to Him,your Rock and friend
On whom you can truly depend .
He is always there to love and defend
And guide you safely right up till the end.
So, be strong , it will not be long,
When He will right all you feel has gone wrong.
He will fill your heart with a brand new song
And give you the grace to carry on.
