Oh, what sort of a Christian are you?
Do your actions reflect your heart anew?
Are you like a rose in bloom, so fair and bright?
Or do you resemble a stormy night?
Your words may speak of love and grace,
But do they match the steps you take?
Do you live by faith, and not by sight?
And do you let His light shine through your eyes so bright?
Are you a branch that clings to the Vine?
Or do you wander off on your own design?
Do you drink from the Living Water’s stream?
Or do you seek fulfillment elsewhere, it seems?
Oh, what sort of a Christian are you?
Are you a reflection of His beauty true?
Does He dwell within your heart and mind?
And does His love flow forth, as a river so kind?
