In a time of darkness, he brightly emerged,
Jesus, our savior, the Great physician whose power surged,
With compassion flowing, his love untouched,
He healed the broken, the sick, and the cursed.
With gentle touch, he mended the wounded,
In his presence, a miracle was founded,
The blind opened their eyes, the deaf heard sound,
Afflictions vanished, hope abounded.
He walked among us, healing with grace,
His words of comfort, like a warm embrace,
From lepers cured, their sores made whole,
To the paralyzed, new life he bestowed.
The outcasts he welcomed, the lost he found,
In his presence, true healing abounds
The lame walked, strengthened by his might,
In Jesus’ name, they found their sight.
He conquered illness, disease, and despair,
Casting out demons, vanquishing fear,
With his touch, the sick were made free,
Jesus, the Great physician, for you and me.
The blind received sight, the dead were raised,
Bound souls were freed, their spirits amazed,
His love knew no limit, his power untamed,
Jesus, the Great physician, forever acclaimed.
So let us seek solace in his healing embrace,
Trust in his mercy, his saving grace,
For in Jesus, the Great physician we find,
Hope eternal, bringing peace of mind.
