I am not ready to let you go.
Broken up more than you can know.
Feelings kept under control, staying strong so it does not show.
As I steady my breath to make my heart beat slower.
Will this chance come around again?
Or have I lost before I could gain
A chance of happiness because I refrain
From opening up like the morning rain.
Well, here I am wondering what to do.
Will I miss you as you walk out the door
Or do I stop you and ask for more
Than a brief encounter at this tea shop?
