Following Christ is a lonely road
When we must learn to carry the load
And bear the pain and scars we cannot control
As trials and temptations continues to unroll
In His example of true love
He came down from Heaven up above
Proving how much He cares for us
And giving us a chance to readjust
Let us thank Jesus for all that He has done for us
Liberating souls as we place our trust
In the power of the broken yoke
And the grace to follow wherever Jesus goes
