Fear and sorrow run away from us
Your loving kindness is all we feel in us
Knowing that you are there for us
And the world is sure that you will comfort us
From the depths we cry to you
Rock of Salvation, we come to you
Bending low with our eyes on you
Filled with hope that you can pull us through
Blessed are we when we call to Him
He answers as He promised to those who trust in Him
Ever faithful as we abide in Him
The Saviour who protects the steps of those who believe in him
Praise the Lord for all He has done for us
He is the Shepherd who looks out for us
Paid the price out of love for us
Brings in hope that His light might truly burn in us
