People gathered at the grounds
Standing Speechless at the sound
The windows shook and a light shone down
The Holy Spirit fell on all around
Dancing tongues of living fire
Came to rest and inspire
Different languages that would astonish
All who came with new found knowledge
Amazed ,perplexed at this strange sight
Bewildered,scared and full of fright
The people prophesied with all their might
And wonders happened and came to light
Jesus promised that He would send
The Holy Spirit to guide and fend
The Early Christian’s who would lead the trend
And spread the Gospel till the end
