MENTAL AWARENESS

In this new week where we address 
And create awareness 
Of mental health
We take the time to express
The theme of kindness and something else

Create an atmosphere of mindfulness 
Support each other in times of stress
Let no one stay with loneliness 
And remove all signs of anxiousness 

There’s so many ways to make it right
And help those people who share this plight
So learn how best to help them out
Or direct them on how to face their doubts
